Package not received... complaint made, return proposal!!!!!

I do not recommend this pump; after 24 hours of charging, the battery was still at one bar level. After 3 days of charging, there were two out of three bars, but immediately after turning it on, it dropped to one bar. The product has been returned, and I am waiting for a refund.

Used only once 13psi inflation sup hope the battery lasts anyway very nice recommended

The product arrived damaged. Damaged battery. The description in the sale states that it has a 12000mAh battery, but in reality, a 4000mAh one was included. Contacting the store is difficult, only the machine responds. They don't answer emails regarding the return of the damaged lithium-ion battery because sending it back by courier is not an option (risk of spontaneous ignition). I received approval to return the product, but what about the battery is unclear. Not returning the damaged battery may result in no refund. I was left with such an unknown situation with damaged goods and a symbolic - ridiculous - refund.

You can easily inflate 3 sup and still have power. Good quality plastic and very easy to carry with.
