The watch is functional and good for the price. It arrived earlier than expected and was not damaged in the shipping process.

Don't know how to answer when calls come through it only has hang up .

I received this order on wednesday june 4th, charged it overnight and wore it thursday, it worked fine, on friday it stopped counting steps @ 324, i turned it off and on again, it counted a few more steps and again quit. I tried to contact the seller on friday, no response, i again sent a message on monday june 9th and have not received a response. I am requesting a refund as this smart watch should work for more than 1 day. Since the seller is unresponsive i will have to contact paypal for a refund. I need to know if i need to return this (at the seller's expense) or dispose of it.

The watch is stylish and an excellent item for a gift.

For the price, it's very good, the only thing that doesn't fit well is the steps.
