The dense metal mesh hinders air circulation. A large fan with a high-quality, quiet motor and large openings is needed. (see: mikuso minar-1 cooler) Here, you can hear a little noise from the motor, which no one would expect in the 21st century. Even 20 years ago, there were already truly quiet motors.
