Everything is fine, the mouse is intact and working.

The mouse does not work consistently, meaning it sometimes works but often doesn't. You have to turn it on and off. Also, when it works, the PCM often gets stuck on the mouse and frequently breaks the sensor (I can move the mouse down, it moves to the side), the mouse squeaks. The quality is disgusting.
