Watch would not get any cellular reception even trying with multiple different sim cards. Contacted seller multiple times over the span of 3.months and given the run around before seller stopped replying. Had previously bought 2 of the same watch models and know how it works. Returned item via registered post and was received but seller claims was not. Dishonest scammy seller and would strongly recommend all to blacklist this store. Seller refused to pay for return postage after ae judgment so i am out of pocket. Seriously consider buying from taobao which has newer models of kids smart watch with type c charging.

Finally, a watch of excellent quality. I have bought three different models and none of them offered what they promised. I recommend this to everyone.
