The quality is good I need to wear a box tee.

Everything else is good, but the waist band is too long. My waist is 30 inches, and when I attach the Velcro, it feels loose.

This thing is very good and judging by the price it's actually amazing! I'm 173cm 87kg, not athletic, and the xl fits as seen. It even makes me look slimmer and more muscular, not that it matters. The protection pads seem solid, as i bashed elbows against the wall and felt ok. I don't know how it will hold to a slide, but i will actually wear this as an undergarment I recommend this product

For height 170/70kg with an athletic build, I took size L and it fits just right. The sleeves are fine in length, but they always seem a bit short on the body, especially when riding at an angle or if there are no weights or elastic bands at the bottom. In the heat, if you remove the chest protection, it's excellent. It blows well while walking, I don't wear a belt so that my stomach is exposed. The protection is soft and bends well when bending your arms. I recommend, but advise ordering several sizes and trying them on.
